Level Gradings
Acrobatic Level Grading
Lee Academy offers acrobatics students the opportunity to participate in Acrobatics level grading. Acrobatics level grading is a straight forward, skill based, in class assessment opportunity.
All students begin at level one, working up through each grade at their own pace.
Students who choose to take grading and pass the exam, receive a certificate and a medal.
Jazz Dance Grading
Lee Academy offers jazz students the opportunity to participate in Jazz grading.
Jazz grading is a straight forward, skill based, in class assessment opportunity.
All students participate in the jazz grading appropriate to the year they are at in school, working up through each grade as they go.
Students who choose to take grading and pass the exam, receive a certificate and a medal.

Dance Exams
Classical Ballet Extension Program :
RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) Ballet Exams.

All Lee Academy Ballet/Lyrical classes follow the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) ballet syllabus.
The Lee Academy Classical Ballet Extension Program offers RAD ballet certified examinations.
To undertake the RAD certified exam, a student must be pre-assessed by the Lee Academy Talent Development Manager, & The Lee Academy Director of Studies.

The pre-assessment takes place within the Classical Ballet Extension Program classes, offers are then made to undertake the RAD certified exams available for that calendar year to the appropriate students.
Lee Academy's built-in theatre is perfectly suited for solos, duos, troupes,
aerial & specialty acts.

Contemporary Dance Company
Primal Dance Company, under the choreographical & artistic direction of Alyssa Le Brocq, is an outstanding contemporary dance company proud to call Lee Academy home.

Known for it’s visually stunning and emotionally raw original choreography paired with athletic, dynamic and passionate performers.
Primal Dance Company’s original work Footmarks was a finalist in the 2017 APRA AMCOS Art Music Awards for Excellence in a Regional Area.

Lee Academy is well known for it's large & spectacular end of year concerts at The Art House, Wyong.

The Lee Academy Fulltime Grad is an event that will leave you in awe of the stunningly athletic performances from some of the hottest dancers in the country.
A powerhouse of talent, Lee Academy has dancers working professionally all over the world in companies such as Cirque Du Soleil, Dragone, Princess Cruiselines, Universal Studios, Disney & more.
